Thomas Barei脽, member of the German parliament and energy policy representative of the conservative CDU/CSU Parliamentary Group, will become parliamentary state secretary in the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi), reports Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ).
