The average successful bid in Germany鈥檚 first tender for offshore windparks was 鈥渇ar below expectations鈥� at 0.44 cents/kWh, according to the Federal Grid Agency (BNetzA). 鈥淥ffshore wind energy emphatically demonstrates its competitiveness,鈥� said the agency鈥檚 president Jochen Homann in a press release.
