Energy company Uniper fails to get out of the red
Uniper
German energy company Uniper faces a loss of 550 million euros and fails to get out of the red after the first three quarters of 2018, the company says in a press release. The company owned by Finnish energy provider Fortum says that the 鈥increased CO2 price had a negative effect鈥 on its business and also blames 鈥渁 weaker operating performance by the gas business鈥 and 鈥渘egative currency-translation effects on the Russian rouble鈥 for its difficulties.
