Germans consider "the environment, climate and energy" the most important issue facing the country at the moment, . 36 percent of respondents named it as one of the two most important issues, followed by housing (30 percent) and immigration (24 percent).
When asked about the most important issues facing the EU in the semi-annual survey, respondents in Germany ranked immigration (37 percent) higher than climate change (31 percent).
