Climate Action Programme 2020 less effective than expected

Projections for the auxiliary programme鈥檚 chances of cutting emissions by 40 percent by 2020 compared to 1990 levels now were 鈥渓ess optimistic,鈥� the BMUB said. It predicted the likely effect would be 鈥渙n the lower boundary鈥� of a reduction between 37 and 40.4 percent.
