Innogy well prepared for e-mobility

German utility innogy is well prepared for the time when a transition to electric drives gains momentum, the company鈥檚 CEO Peter Terium told the S眉ddeutsche Zeitung in an interview. 鈥淭he future belongs to e-mobility, that鈥檚 clear. [鈥 I believe that the sale of e-cars will soon grow exponentially,鈥 said Terium. From 2017 onwards, innogy will have a new business unit that bundles all e-mobility activities. The company is interested in participating in a carmakers鈥 initiative to set up a fast-charging network across Europe.
