Diesel cars鈥� share of new vehicle registrations in Germany fell below 45 percent in September to reach the lowest level in five years, reports Sebastian Viehmann for Focus Online. Car expert Ferdinand Dudenh枚ffer, director of the Center for Automotive Research, told the author the decline of diesel cars is likely to continue because consumers are unsettled by the dieselgate scandal and the possibility of diesel bans in cities.
